A cycle tracking app. You log your period, mood, symptoms and energy in a few taps, and Aely turns that into predictions, patterns and a monthly report. It stays calm and readable, without guilt trips or red alert banners.

No. You can install Aely and start tracking straight away, and everything stays on your phone. An account only becomes useful for cloud backup, Partner Mode and restoring an Aely+ subscription.

Aely runs on iPhone and Android, in English and French. It follows your phone language, and you can change it in the app under You, then Language.

No, and a skipped day breaks nothing. Aely recalculates from whatever you give it. The more you log, the sharper your predictions and patterns get, which is the only reason the app nudges you at all.

Aely can be used from age 10. Before 15, creating an account, turning on backup or using Partner Mode needs the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and some content and features are only available from 15.

From your own history. Aely uses the length and the variability of the cycles you have logged, not a generic 28-day average, and recalculates on your phone every time you log something.

Aely recalculates every time you log. If your recent cycles differ from your settings, predictions shift to match your real rhythm.

Accuracy improves with every log. Each prediction carries a confidence score, so you know how sure Aely is instead of having to trust a single date.

Aely still works, and it tells you when it is less sure rather than pretending otherwise: irregular cycles lower the confidence score. The longer your history, the better Aely reads your own range instead of an average one.

No. Aely is not a medical device and gives no medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Fertile windows and ovulation estimates are informational and can be wrong, especially when cycles are irregular or data is missing. Do not rely on them to avoid a pregnancy, and speak to a health professional about anything that worries you.

Yes. Pregnancy tracking replaces cycle predictions with your week of pregnancy, your due date and weekly notes, and you can end it whenever you need to. Your history and notes stay available afterwards.

On your phone. Cycles, daily logs, notes, tests, pregnancy tracking, streaks, reminders and your profile live in the app's storage, and predictions, patterns and reports are computed there too. Nothing reaches our servers unless you turn on backup or Partner Mode.

Never. No ads, no selling or renting your data, no data brokers, and no advertising or analytics tracker in the app.

No. Backup stays off until you switch it on, because your logs are health data and that needs your explicit consent. Once it is on, only you, signed in to your account, can read the copy. Switching it off stops new uploads, and deleting your account erases what was already stored.

Only the categories you switch on, taken from a short daily summary: your phase and cycle day, your predicted period, fertile window and ovulation, and the mood, pain, energy or sleep of the day. Your notes, your custom tags and your intimate health entries are never part of it. Revoke access and your partner loses the view immediately.

Export your history as a PDF from You, then Privacy & data, with Aely+. Reset all data erases everything on this phone, and Delete account, in your profile, also erases your backup, your Partner Mode link and your subscription record.

In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, like any other subscription. Deleting the app or your Aely account does not cancel it. Payments are handled entirely by the stores, so we never see your card details.

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you bought it with, then use Restore purchases. Your subscription follows your store account, not your device.
